This Key Cover will protect clothing or pockets from being damaged and help to silence rattles and jingles. Crafted from Oxford Xcel Leather, equipped with natural brass hardware, and hand stitched with waxed red thread for a sharp accent. About The Leather
This product is made from rich and supple Oxford Xcel Leather. It is made using a unique process combining vegetable and oil tanning methods. The result is a strong and supple leather with a vibrant glossy sheen. Over time this leather will develop a beautiful patina. As it breaks in the infused oils will start to accentuate the natural cosmetic features in the hide, creating a piece that is truly unique.
Care
With proper maintenance and care this piece will last a lifetime. Oxford Xcel Leather is infused with oils that make it durable and highly water resistant, however, it should never be submerged under or exposed to large amounts of water for an extended period of time. If the leather becomes soiled with dirt or debris it can be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth and then polished with a soft dry cloth. If the leather starts to appear dry or cracked it can be re-oiled with leather conditioner or a small amount of neatsfoot oil as needed.
